What is our return policy?

We do not accept returns.

We accept exchanges for another item or store credit within 14 days of delivery of your order. The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging. Pieces exchanged outside of these dates will not be accepted. Pieces damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of exchange shipping. All exchanges coming from outside Canada need to be labeled clearly as a return with the country of origin listed as Canada. If duties and taxes occur due to mislabeling the exchange will not be accepted. 

Sample and custom made items are not eligible for exchange. 

How do I make a exchange?

Please contact us at: Info@sonyalee.co and tell us what you'd like to ship back and why, and we’ll send you exchange instructions. 

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact: info@sonyalee.co with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We will take care of you.

How long till my order ships?

All in-stock orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Made to order purchases take 1-2 weeks. Expect delays on shipping due to pandemic. 

How do I care for my Sonya Lee item?

As time passes, to preserve the quality of your leather, we recommend using a leather conditioner to prevent eventual drying. For added protection and a water-resistant finish, apply a wax polish such as mink oil. 

What is Sonya Lee's warranty?

All items are covered under our lifetime warranty. Pieces will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Sonya Lee for the practical product lifespan. Product damaged through wear and tear, misuse, or neglect may be repaired at a reasonable price.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for Canada and Continental USA. Shipping else where costs between 15-50$

Where is my package?

For all shipped packages, we will send you the tracking number via email. 

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are set in USD, however, you may select either USD or Canadian from the dropdown menu in the footer. Payment is accepted in either currencies.

How do I open and set the code on my Victoria handbag?

When you receive your Victoria handbag the code is set to 000. To change the code; hold in both knobs while set at 000, while still holding in the knobs change the numbers to the desired code. Once you release the knobs, the numbers you have landed on will be your new code. 

Should you have issues, forget your code or are unable to open; it is easy to "break in" to the bag by holding in both knobs while scrolling through the numbers until the bag will eventually open.
