This bag is very beautiful. The craftsmanship is excellent.
I was planning on making this my everyday bag because the size is perfect for all of my items i need to carry while still being a shoulder bag. However, the way that the zipper is built into the bag really throws off my whole experience with the bag. It’s hard to easily access items because the zipper goes too far down the sides so the zipper slider gets stuck in this little groove on the side. it’s inconvenient to have to fight the bag to close it when im in a rush. I end up settling for putting items in my pocket when i know i need it again soon because of the zipper inconvenience, which really defeats the purpose of a bag.
Great quality bag and EXCELLENT customer service. Will purchase another model again in the future. Bought this one for day time.
